Description & Contact Information: Summer is coming so join the KU Medical Center Area Health Education Center’s Brown Bag Webinar Series: Clinical Series as it continues with its second cluster, Summer Health Issues. This cluster aims to inform health care professionals of many summer-related health issues that may arise such as bites and stings, allergies, and dehydration. Cost

Cost is determined for attending as an individual or an organization. 
$100 - Organization (Participants must be employed by the organization) 
$50 - Individual Participant

Cancellation Deadline: March 3, 2017 
Registrations turned in after this date will be charged an additional $10.

*The organization contact will receive correspondence regarding the series which includes an e-mail prior to each session containing the link to obtain the syllabus, handout materials, registration and evaluation, and link to access broadcast. This individual is responsible for distributing the information within their organization. Individual participants will be responsible for completing an evaluation after each session attended. PLEASE NOTE: The registration form can now be completed after the final session of cluster for all sessions attended. Verification of attendance will be confirmed through organization contact and/or Zoom attendee reports.

Continuing Education Credit
All participants are required to complete a registration form at the conclusion for the cluster indicating each session they attend.
