The training was great because it brought together some great programs. Follow up will be to create a listing of services that all can share so we have it at our fingertips while working with clients.

Very helpful information. It was a lot to process in one day, but I appreciate the notebook for reference. Great resource! Thank you!

Great to meet and network staff from other departments. Part of the presentation that read from slides not engaging or helpful. Overall, a lot to take in in just 1 long day.

Networking and being given a reference manual were beneficial. Reading from the slide presentation was not.

Training was good but most of the information could have been gained by reading the material that was in the notebook. Need to present information that expands on the information in the notebook. Could also have had more time for networking.

It was good information to have. The presentations were relatively dry and read directly off of the slides. The best use of time was the interaction at the end with various agencies. The resource book is going to be a good tool to train new staff.

I found the presentations a bit long and there were a lot of them. I found the small group interactions most valuable to me.
